How did a Men's Health editor manage to become a magazine cover?

David Morton, an editor of the hit magazine Men's Health, managed to become the cover of the magazine where he works and for that it took some sacrifices and determination.

The editor told the magazine that in his twenties he thought it took only a few exercises to get fit. When he reached the age of 30, he saw that this was just a lie he had told himself.

Personal trainer Bobby Rich was very important in achieving his goals. In just 10 weeks he started wearing fit shirts, something he couldn't wear for a long time. And he won something else. He could finally shave without being afraid to cut himself, due to excess skin under his chin and in his neck.

All this was achieved with regular cardio exercise early in the morning. Sundays are dedicated to weightlifting. The editor revealed that this was a very positive transformation for his life.
