Passion for sports and fitness leads Eddie Hearn to be a columnist in a men's magazine
Eddie Hearn was like any typical man in his 40s. He worked exhaustively and was starting to feel bad about himself, as he reveals at Men's Health UK, where he says that his "workload had tripled, and I was getting to a point in my life where I was feeling like shit."
"If you continue to live this lifestyle, you may die," he reveals. Living too much of a hectic life can be harmed to physical and mental health. "I have a job full of stress. I wasn't really sleeping. My diet was shit. I wasn't practising much and I was overweight," he said.
"I'm reaching my 50th birthday. I want to live a great life, and the only way to do this, with all the pressure and hatred, is to keep in shape," he continues.
"The real reason I completely changed my approach to physical conditioning is because I want to feel better," reveals Eddie, who says that having "a Bugatti in front and a yacht in the back" were not synonymous with well-being, so he then decided that "I wanted to write a fortnightly column for Men's Health".
"Show me someone who has improved your fitness and well-being who has not improved your life either. It's impossible," concludes the new columnist of the British magazine.
