If You Woke Up Or Wake Up With Body Aches, These Exercises Can Help

We can often wake up with body aches and this is a frustrating experience is very uncomfortable. Performing some exercises can bring the necessary relief to these pains and prepare your body for a new day.

Start with a gentle full-body stretch to release all the tension that was accumulated during the night. Stretch your arms above your head, extending as much as you can. Then bend forward trying to reach the tip of your toes. You will have to repeat this movement a few times, always keeping your muscles relaxed.

Then relax and rotate your shoulders back and forth, always alternating movements. Move your head to one side, in a very smooth movement, and then repeat the same to the other side. Repeat these movements a few times until the pressure stuck in these areas is released.

Now make gentle movements of rotation of the spine, rotating the body in a smooth way from side to side. You should make side push-ups, leaning to one side and then to the other side. These exercises help in the mobility of the spine and to release the tension trapped throughout the night.

Strengthening the central muscles is also very important, such as boards and abdominals. Start with boards from 30 seconds to 1 minute and, as you feel better, increase this time.

If the pain continues to persist, take a walk or gentle stretching of the whole body. The practice of physical exercise increases blood circulation and promotes the release of endorphins, responsible for the feeling of well-being.
