Men's Fitness+ Armageddon Workout

Are you ready to take your fitness to the next level with our intense Armageddon workout? This routine is designed to push your limits and challenge your body in a way that will leave you feeling powerful and accomplished.

Warm-Up

Start with a dynamic warm-up to get your heart rate up and prepare your muscles for the workout ahead. Include exercises such as high knees, arm circles, leg swings, and jumping jacks.

The Workout

Circuit 1: Strength

  • Push-ups: 15 reps

  • Squats: 20 reps

  • Pull-ups: 10 reps

Rest for 1 minute

Circuit 2: Cardio

  • Burpees: 15 reps

  • Mountain Climbers: 30 seconds

  • Jumping Lunges: 20 reps (10 per leg)

Rest for 1 minute

Circuit 3: Core

  • Plank: 1 minute

  • Russian Twists: 20 reps (10 per side)

  • Leg Raises: 15 reps

Rest for 1 minute
Repeat each circuit 3 times for a total of 9 rounds. Make sure to push yourself to the max and maintain proper form throughout the workout.

Cool Down

Finish the workout with a series of static stretches to help reduce muscle soreness and improve flexibility. Focus on stretching your major muscle groups, holding each stretch for 15-30 seconds.
