Serbian Athlete Lazar Đukić Dies on First Day of 2024 CrossFit Games

A tragic event occurred at the 2024 CrossFit Games in Fort Worth, Texas, when 28-year-old Serbian athlete Lazar Đukić drowned during the first day of the competition. Đukić, a well-known figure in the CrossFit community, was participating in the “Lake Day” event, which involved a 5.6-kilometer run followed by an 800-meter swim.
