Adam Levine of Maroon 5 keeps in good shape without going to the gym
Yoga is the physical practice that helps treat sore muscles, increases flexibility and helps relax the body and mind. Adam Levine is a fervent yoga fan to maintain the physical fitness of his body.
"Yoga has given me the ability to become more focused and make better decisions that undoubtedly come to us from 'clean places'," he said in an interview with Men's Health magazine. "I'm not going to be too #Namaste. But I'll say I feel so lucky to have found yoga. The practice is so different and deeply personal to any individual that I have been hesitating a little to share what is for me. However, this time, I thought about offering it to anyone who is listening," he adds in statements to the website Men's Health Australia and continued: "It has had such a deeply positive impact on my life over the years. I've never been particularly flexible. And my practice is full of mistakes and imperfections. Which is precisely what makes it so powerful. I try to do better, while staying satisfied with where I am. It's much bigger than I am. I'm just here to enjoy. Pretty cool. So... thank you, yoga. You're spectacular."
