This three-move workout will make you pump and burn calories

A single piece of equipment, used correctly, is all you need to build a pumped and all-powerful body, something that all men want. Men's Health magazine fitness editor Andrew Tracey revealed a workout that can be done with just a sandbag, you can use dumbbells instead, or if you don't like it, you can use kettlebells or a bar.

Start with 10 repetitions of each exercise and decrease the repetitions as you do each new round of exercises. After reaching only 1 repetition of each, repeat the exercises again until you return to 10 repetitions. Rest when you feel necessary.

02) Dumbbell Hang Clean

10-1-10 repetitions

03) Dumbbell pressure

10-1-10 repetitions
