The 200-rep dumbbell workout that burns fat and builds muscle

Men's Health UK magazine has revealed a 200-sted dumbbell workout that will help you burn fat and build muscle faster.


1A) Front squat with dumbbell

  • 10 repetitions, go straight to the next step

1B) Shoulder Press with Dumbbell

  • 10 repetitions, go straight to the next step

1C) Dumbbell Deadlift

  • 10 repetitions, go straight to the next step

1D) Renegade Line

  • 10 repetitions, go straight to the next step

1E) Russian Dumbbell Twist

  • 10 repetitions, 60 seconds of rest, then go back to 1st\ DB Shoulder Press. Make 4 circuits in total.

After 10 repetitions, rest for 60 seconds and start the circuit again with 1A) Dumbbell Front Squats. Make 4 circuits for a total of 200 repetitions.
