Athlete Scott Panchik's training is a physical and mental strength test

We can all agree that CrossFit is the most famous sport in the world for its most difficult exercises in the world, although some athletes do not like the sport.

Scott Panchik, the winner of the 2020 'Spirit of the Games' award, shared one of his exercises.

Start by repeating the exercise 10 times, until you go down to a total of 1 time for each exercise. In total you will have to do 10 rounds and 55 total repetitions. The problem, however, is that you will have to complete all this in just 15 minutes. If you can't, keep trying.
